Jeff's new book was nominated in the Genre Fiction category
of the 2010 Minnesota Book Awards! (Winners announced in April.)
Jeff is featured in the Nov. issue of Eden Prairie Magazine
(look for "Fact Meets Fiction" currently No. 15 of 54 online Articles),
and was the lead story in the Entertainment section of the Christmas
edition of several Twin Cities Suburban Southwest community newspapers.
Jeff's second book was introduced in the December 2008 issue of
the Dayton's Bluff District Forum, a neighborhood newspaper
disbributed to more than 7,500 homes and businesses in St. Paul,
and was Literary Pick of the Week in the 3/08/09 St. Paul Pioneer Press,
"Sherlock Holmes--in Minnesota?" is theme of Jeff's current talk:
For Teen Read Week, Jeff gave 12 presentations at eight venues
(3 middle schools, 1 jr. high, 2 libraries, 2 historical societies)
in four different towns in two states over three days in late October.
Talks to historical groups & middle schools were especially well-received.
